Notice Regarding Status and Completion of Share Repurchase (Share repurchase based on the Articles of Incorporation pursuant to Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Companies Act)
SMS Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby announces the status of share repurchase, based on Article 156 of the Companies Act, as applied by replacing the terms with Article 165, paragraph 3 of the Companies Act, which was resolved at its Board of Directors on October 27, 2023.
The Company also announces that it has reached the upper limit to the amount set for repurchase, thus completing the share repurchase program pursuant to the above resolution of the Board of Directors.
