Our Business

We recognize that there are three important issues that we need to solve in an aging society: "difficulty in sustaining high-quality medical care and elderly care services," "more severe burden on the working generation," and "difficulty in solving problems related to living in an aging society." We aim to solve these three social issues in the following strategic business areas.

In addition, overseas, we are focusing on two issues: "low availability of medicines and medical devices, and inadequate quality of medical care in APAC" and "global shortage and uneven Distribution of healthcare professionals." We aim to solve these social issues in the Medical Platform Business and the Global Career Business.
