SMS Co., Ltd. hereby announces that, on May 19, 2025, its Board of Directors has resolved to elect the following candidates for directors to be formally appointed at the 22nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 20, 2025.
New titles for each candidate will be officially decided at the Board of Directors’ meeting on the same day.
